Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management within data center or network infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of hardware development lifecycles and procurement processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with external vendors and partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master interdependency tracker across global pipelines.
• Drive cross-functional accountability across Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Operations.
• Own end-to-end program plan for network backbone and fiber connectivity at each site.
• Manage carrier and construction partners against schedule, quality, and SLAs.
• Ensure intake and approval gates occur on schedule and flag deviations early.
• Maintain a connectivity portfolio view for leadership visibility.
• Engage in technical discussions on route design and turn-up sequencing.
• Build scalable systems for intake workflows, milestones, and reporting.
