Job summary

Forged Fiber in the United States is seeking a Senior Network Implementation Program Manager to own end-to-end network deployment programs, coordinating engineering and construction from design through to completion. This role requires a strong engineering background, deep knowledge of fiber and OSP construction, and the ability to lead large, multi‑stakeholder programs in a matrix environment.

You will work with vendors, operations and field teams to ensure safety, quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of telecom or network infrastructure program management experience.
• Knowledge of fiber network engineering, OSP construction, and ROW processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure programs from design through construction completion.
• Coordinate engineering teams, construction supervisors, contractors, splicing vendors, and external partners.
• Serve as field interface for engineering and construction execution.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and provide leadership on objectives, metrics, and delivery readiness.
