Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a senior program management professional to lead network backbone and fiber connectivity programs across multiple markets. Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management within data center, network infrastructure, telecommunications, or capital-intensive sectors.
• Working knowledge of network backbone and fiber infrastructure—DWDM/optical transport, interconnection, route diversity and fiber builds.
• Experience managing external vendors and partners to meet schedules, quality, and contractual commitments.
• Strong understanding of hardware development lifecycles and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master interdependency tracker linking international and domestic pipelines.
• Drive cross-functional accountability across Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Operations for program reviews and blockers.
• Own end-to-end program plan for network backbone at each site—from route planning to lit service turn‑up.
• Manage carrier, dark fiber, subsea, and construction deliverables against schedule and SLAs.
• Ensure intake, review, and approval gates are followed and flag risks before delays arise.
• Maintain a portfolio connectivity view for leadership visibility on backbone constraints.
• Engage in technical discussions with network engineering to challenge route design and capacity planning.
• Build scalable systems for intake workflows, milestones, and reporting as the portfolio grows.
