Job Title: Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant
Employment Type: Direct Hire

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior NetSuite Functional Consultantto lead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of our NetSuite ERP system. This role acts as a strategic bridge between business operations and technology, ensuring that NetSuite aligns with our company’s financial and operational goals. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in NetSuite functionality, business process improvement, and third-party integrations, and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

1. NetSuite Implementation & Optimization

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions.

• Optimize workflows, dashboards, and system performance to support evolving business needs.

2. Business Process Improvement

• Analyze and redesign core business processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.

• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Sales to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

• Champion NetSuite best practices across all business units.

3. System Configuration & Integration

• Manage NetSuite configurations including custom records, fields, forms, workflows, roles, and permissions.

• Oversee integrations with third-party platforms (CRM, eCommerce, payment gateways, etc.) using tools like Celigo, Boomi, or APIs.

• Maintain user access controls and ensure system security and integrity.

4. Reporting & Analytics

• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Saved Searches and SuiteAnalytics.

• Deliver actionable insights and analytics to leadership teams for strategic decision-making.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, NetSuite support, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

• Facilitate user training, documentation, and change management for system adoption and updates.

6. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal data governance policies.

• Maintain audit trails and proactively manage system risk and data accuracy.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in NetSuite administration, consulting, or business systems roles.

• Strong understanding of financial processes, ERP systems, and operational workflows.

• Proven experience with global teams and multi-subsidiary NetSuite environments is a plus.

• Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics.

• Hands-on experience with integrations using Celigo, Boomi, REST/SOAP APIs, or similar tools.

• NetSuite Administrator, ERP Consultant, or SuiteFoundation certification (preferred).

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
