Base pay range

$89.42/hr - $127.34/hr

Location: Remote (US-based) ; Preferred: Atlanta, GA or Minneapolis, MN

Contract or Direct Hire

Contract Duration: 6+ months; W2 with health benefits OR C2C

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle FCCS Cloud Solution Consultant with a strong accounting or corporate controller background to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) solutions. This role requires expertise in financial reporting, intercompany eliminations, automation, and dashboards, along with strong communication skills to collaborate with finance teams and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Implementation – Configure and deploy Oracle FCCS solutions to enhance financial consolidation and reporting.
• Business Process Optimization – Automate journal entries, intercompany transactions, dashboards, and templates to streamline the close process.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Gather business requirements, document functional designs, and work closely with finance and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Testing & Support – Lead UAT, system validation, and post-implementation support to ensure solution effectiveness and user adoption.
• Training & Documentation – Develop training materials and provide user support for FCCS implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing and configuring Oracle FCCS
• Accounting or corporate controller background with knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting
• Expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud, financial consolidations, data integrations, and reporting
• Strong experience with intercompany eliminations, journal entries, automation, and dashboards
• Ability to lead workshops, document requirements, and drive solution adoption across finance teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle FCCS Certification or relevant Oracle EPM certifications
• Experience with EDMCS, ARCS, and other Oracle EPM Cloud applications
• Consulting or client-facing experience in financial system implementations
