What You’ll Do

• Lead customers through the implementation and optimization of OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), focusing on OpenShift Virtualization (CNV)
• Provide strong, confident communication and guide stakeholders through project phases and technical decisions
• Design and implement infrastructure solutions (not application deployments), particularly working with bare metal installations
• Apply expertise in technologies like Red Hat OpenShift, Ansible, Virtualization, and Argo
• Deliver expert consulting services across 1,080 project hours in a fully remote engagement
• Solve technical challenges, offer thought leadership, and help organizations modernize their infrastructure using CNV
• Share best practices and mentor teams on containerization and OpenShift strategies
• (Bonus) Bring experience with the Migration Toolkit for Virtualization (MTV) — highly valued but not required

What You’ll Bring

• Deep hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and OpenShift Virtualization (CNV), especially in platform installation and bare metal environments
• Confidence and strong customer-facing communication skills — able to guide clients through complex projects and explain technical concepts clearly
• Familiarity with Ansible, Argo, and virtualization technologies
• A consultative approach with proven success helping clients navigate infrastructure challenges
• Comfort working in a remote, distributed team
• Strong ability to focus on infrastructure solutions (not application-layer deployments)
• (Nice to have) Experience with the Migration Toolkit for Virtualization (MTV)
