Job summary

David is seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Systems to own NetSuite and related data flows within the Finance function in New York City. This hands-on role partners with implementation consultants and cross-functional teams to enable scalable processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and Retail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a technical systems analyst, NetSuite functional consultant, or data architect.
• Deep working knowledge of NetSuite ERP.
• Hands-on experience with system integrations (NetSuite with Tray.io, Supabase, etc.).
• Familiarity with supply chain and accounting operations.
• Strong technical aptitude and vendor collaboration.
• Strong communicator translating complexity for cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset for an early-stage CPG company.
• Experience in high-growth or operations-heavy environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite Administration & Maintenance including configuration, saved searches, reports, docs and permissions.
• Lead Systems Design & Ownership translating business needs into clear requirements and configurations.
• Manage Integrations & Data Flow including end-to-end data feeding NetSuite and overseeing health of integrations.
