Job summary

PALECEK is seeking a highly capable Senior NetSuite Administrator & Business Systems Analyst to play a key role in implementing, launching, administering, and optimizing NetSuite. This position will serve as the primary NetSuite expert and business systems partner to ensure the platform is configured, supported, and continuously improved to meet the organization’s evolving needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive business systems or ERP experience
• NetSuite administration and configuration experience
• Cross-functional process understanding across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Operations
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, data conversion, UAT, and go-live stabilization
• Experience with system integrations and connected business apps is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication across departments

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal NetSuite Administrator and subject-matter expert for configuration, roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reporting
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Customer Service, Fulfillment, and Operations to translate requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions
• Support NetSuite implementation, go-live, stabilization, data conversion, validation, UAT, and post-go-live activities
• Troubleshoot complex NetSuite issues, identify root causes, and balance business needs with long-term maintainability
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes while minimizing unnecessary customization
• Support NetSuite integrations with Salesforce, eCommerce, PLM, banking, shipping, and other apps
• Develop and maintain system documentation, guides, and training resources to improve adoption
• Build cross-functional partnerships and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
