Job summary

Super.com seeks a Senior NetSuite Administrator to own the NetSuite ERP platform end-to-end, reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager. You will manage architecture, configuration, integrations, security, and performance to meet evolving business needs within the Accounting team.

You will set governance, ensure audit readiness, and influence month-end close and financial processes. The role drives NetSuite roadmap, optimizes workflows, and explores AI automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring NetSuite ERP across GL, AR, Rev Management, P2P, and Consolidations.
• SuiteScript development to automate processes beyond native workflows.
• Experience establishing change governance and audit-ready controls.
• Strong collaboration with accounting leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of NetSuite environment: architecture, configuration, customization, release management.
• Build and maintain customizations: SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, custom records, dashboards, saved searches.
• Manage roles, permissions, and security; partner on data governance and SLAs.
• Oversee integrations with Ramp, Floqast, Workiva and external systems.
• Monitor performance and drive roadmap with optimization opportunities.
• Identify automation opportunities across finance workflows, including AI agents.
