Jobot is seeking a Senior Accountant with NetSuite expertise to join a fast-growing, multi-entity organization in Fort Lauderdale. You will manage month-end close, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting across entities.

This role requires 3+ years of accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills. You will help optimize processes, support audits, and partner with finance leadership to scale the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience required.
• Experience supporting multi-entity organizations preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis ability.

Responsabilités

• Manage month-end and year-end close activities across multiple entities.
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjusting entries.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with monthly financial statements and management reporting.
• Support intercompany accounting, eliminations, and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records and strengthen internal controls.
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation.
