Job summary

All-American Shutters & Glass in Riviera Beach, FL seeks a Senior Accountant to own the general ledger, month-end close, and GAAP-based reporting. You will ensure audit-ready financials and partner with the CFO to improve processes.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, strong NetSuite and Excel skills, and a proven record in a fast-paced, controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a senior or lead role.
• Strong hands-on experience with general ledger ownership, month-end close, and financial statement preparation.
• GAAP and financial reporting standards knowledge required.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full monthly close process, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete financial reporting.
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Prepare, review, and post complex journal entries with supporting documentation.
