Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• NetSuite experience is required.
• Experience supporting multi-entity accounting environments is highly preferred.
• ASC 842 lease accounting experience is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and support the month-end close process.
• Assist with financial statement preparation and financial reporting activities.
• Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts while researching and resolving variances.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, internal audits, and external audits.
• Manage fixed assets, credit card reconciliations, and daily accounting operations.
• Help strengthen internal controls and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Assist with accounting integration efforts related to acquisitions and ERP implementations.
