The Gilder Search Group is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee multi-entity accounting, financial close, and reporting across affiliated entities. The role emphasizes GAAP compliance, consolidation, intercompany accounting, and process improvements, including NetSuite administration and ERP initiatives.

Strong leadership will supervise staff and partner with leadership on strategic finance initiatives. The position is full-time and onsite in Memphis, TN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience managing operations for multiple companies/subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple entities.
• Ensure timely preparation of entity-level and consolidated financial statements.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules; monitor GL integrity.
