Job summary

Sunbelt Solomon seeks a skilled NETA Field Service Technician to ensure reliability and safety of electrical systems through expert testing, maintenance, and repair. The role includes per diem, bonus, company vehicle, phone stipend, clothing allowances, health and retirement advantages, and a company-funded equity participation program.

Applicants should have 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, NETA certification preferred, and ability to lead teams and manage projects in field

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical testing, maintenance, or field services.
• NETA Level II/III/IV certification preferred or willingness to obtain within first year.
• Ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Electrical Testing and Analysis: perform tests (high-current, relay, cable, transformer oil) and analyze results for reliability.
• Troubleshooting and Repair: diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues and recommend repairs or replacements.
• Equipment Inspection and Maintenance: inspect, test, and maintain LV, MV, and HV equipment for longevity and performance.
• Schematic Interpretation: read and interpret electrical drawings to support testing and repair.
• Project Management and Leadership: oversee field service operations, track progress, mentor junior technicians, document findings.
