Job summary

Sunbelt Solomon is seeking a skilled NETA Field Service Technician to ensure electrical system reliability through testing, maintenance, and repair. This role includes leading field service operations and mentoring junior staff, with potential overtime benefits and company-provided vehicle.

Qualifications include 5+ years in electrical testing and HV experience, NETA certification (preferred), and strong OSHA/NETA compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering, electrical technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical testing, maintenance, or field services, preferably with HV systems.
• NETA II/III/IV certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain within one year.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NETA standards, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead field service operations for assigned projects with quality deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, manage scope, and report updates to leadership and clients.
• Mentor and supervise junior technicians; document findings for compliance.
• Diligently document tests, results, and recommendations in reports.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and team members to deliver cohesive solutions.
