Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of solid experience in database application support across multiple databases.
• Proven 3rd line support experience diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
• Strong SQL skills including queries, procedures, triggers, scripts, and tuning.
• C#.NET proficiency to support database operations and integrations.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure).
• Experience with data-intensive applications and large datasets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise day-to-day production support of critical systems.
• Diagnose, solve, and resolve complex technical issues beyond first/second line.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to understand data workflows in Index platforms.
• Manage incidents and ensure high availability and performance of databases.
