Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong frontend skills with deep frontend expertise.
• Backend skills in tRPC, Drizzle ORM, SQL, Node, SST.
• Ability to own entire projects or large areas of codebase.
• Experience building paid products and services preferred.
• React Native or Expo experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship high-quality product experiences from concept to production.
• Work across the stack by following a feature from UI to API to database.
• Apply AI-first approaches using Cursor and Claude Code with sound judgment.
• Prototype quickly and validate with real patients and care teams.
• Translate product needs into reusable, scalable code patterns.
• Make automation legible and trustworthy with clear AI messaging.
• Champion performance, accessibility, and reliability across the stack.
• Share AI-native workflows by documenting prompts and patterns.
