Job summary

Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer for a Direct Client engagement focused on modernizing a mission-critical licensing platform for Georgia.

You will lead design and implementation across .NET 8+, Azure, React UI, and data services, owning from concept to production. The role requires hands-on expertise, initiative, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid, Georgia-based environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional .NET development experience.
• Experience migrating legacy apps to modern .NET (6/7/8/10).
• Production SQL Server experience: TS/SQL tuning, migrations.
• Azure hands-on: App Services, Function Apps, deployment pipelines.
• 5+ years delivering software in Agile environments using ADO or GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Lead modernization of licensing/eligibility apps with .NET and Azure.
• Design scalable, secure, maintainable solutions and reduce debt.
• Build API-first integrations and cloud-native services.
• Own SQL Server platform including data architecture and migrations.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
• Mentor teammates, perform code reviews, document, and uphold best practices.
