Job summary

IntoGREAT is seeking a Senior Engineer to join cross-disciplinary teams and deliver scalable software to users. You will mentor teammates, collaborate with the team lead and principal engineer on technical design, PoC work, and guidance.

You will develop an insurance application, review code, ensure best practices, and support security and performance improvements. The role reports to the team lead and emphasizes mentorship and quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience with .NET development (C#).
• Experience with REST APIs and modern front-end frameworks (TypeScript + Vue.js, Angular or React).
• Experience writing and coaching on unit tests and integration tests.
• Strong relational database knowledge (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Familiar with Jira and Git version control systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Develop an insurance application that can scale and perform well.
• Contribute to technical design for new functionality within the application.
• Code reviews for teammates to ensure coding standards.
• Ensure best practices and high-quality software delivery.
• Provide technical support and solutions on application security.
• Perform PoC research to reduce technical debt and improve performance.
