Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Senior Full Stack .NET Engineer to design and build robust, scalable solutions for insurance and financial platforms. You will work within an Agile Scrum team, deliver high-quality, well-tested code, and mentor fellow developers to drive technical excellence.

You will develop RESTful services using C# and .NET Core, optimize MS SQL queries, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely delivery. Strong leadership and communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience building full-stack web applications delivering end-to-end solutions.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, Kafka/Service Bus, Azure Blob Storage, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Expertise in MS SQL including query tuning, stored procedures, and database design.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure).
• Frontend experience with Vue.js, ReactJS, or Angular.
• DevOps experience for CI/CD, release management, and automation (Azure DevOps, Azure Repos, GitHub, Terraform).
• Ability to lead and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• English proficiency at a B2+ level.

• Work on applications that process, report, and reconcile insurance and financial data with accuracy and compliance
• Contribute to team goals and support fellow developers as part of an Agile Scrum Team
• Provide coaching and guidance to less-experienced developers, fostering a collaborative learning environment
• Serve as a hands-on coding expert in software development, delivering solutions that meet business and financial needs
• Ensure timely delivery of tasks and actively participate in sprint planning and reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team-oriented environment
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Ability to work effectively with technology and business stakeholders

• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level
