Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development and/or application development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the daily operations of the Application Engineering team, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
• Leads the design, programming, building, and deployment of software applications and systems that support various business and insurance processes.
• Leads integration of latest technology best practices to enhance performance and scalability.
• Leads software testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities.
• Reviews the development of technical specifications based on business requirements.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design and implement integration solutions.
• Monitors optimization of application performance and resolves issues.
• Conducts regular performance assessments and implements improvements.
• Provides expert technical support to end-users and team members.
• Cultivates a collaborative environment across development and operations.
• Leads strategic planning and execution of process improvements.
• Ensures performance meets complex business requirements and user expectations.
• Continuously assesses and integrates industry best practices.
