Job summary

First Community Credit Union is seeking a Software Engineer II to design, develop, and support core financial system applications in our Houston headquarters. You will lead medium to large projects and serve as a senior technical advisor, building front-end and back-end applications using C# and the .NET platform.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and at least five years of experience with C#/.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, SQL Server/Azure SQL, and Azure services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with C# and the .NET platform.
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC and Web APIs.
• 3+ years with SQL Server and Azure SQL, including queries.
• Experience with Azure services and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience building mobile applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Core financial system applications.
• Lead medium to large projects; act as technical advisor.
• Build front-end and back-end apps using C#/.NET.
• Guide Software Engineer I and collaborate with teams.
