Job summary

RS&H, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior NEPA Project Manager to lead environmental planning and compliance for transportation infrastructure projects. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with agencies, and guide projects through federal, state, and local NEPA processes.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting and scheduling skills, and a proven record in preparing CE, EA, and EIS documents. Experience with ArcGIS and client engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Planning, Civil Engineering, Geography, or related field.
• 7 years of NEPA compliance, environmental planning, or transportation project delivery experience.
• PE and/or AICP preferred.
• Proficiency in ArcGIS and project management.
• Strong communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental review for transportation projects through CE/EA/EIS processes.
• Manage budgets, schedules, scopes, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate with agencies and stakeholders; mentor staff.
