Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Planning, Biology, Geology, or related field.
• 11–15 years of experience in environmental compliance or related environmental documentation.
• Strong NEPA/SEPA knowledge and US DOT guidelines experience.
• Experience with regulatory agencies and environmental permitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead natural system surveys, field investigations, and delineations including wetland delineations.
• Prepare NEPA/SEPA documentation and conduct planning/feasibility studies.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and clients for permit approvals.
• Manage project budgets, scopes, and schedules.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development activities.
