Job summary

The Gap Partnership in New York City is seeking a Senior Consultant to become a practitioner expert in negotiation, delivering sophisticated programs and executive workshops for Fortune 500 clients across the Americas.

You will spend significant time in front of clients, facilitating simulations and executive sessions, and growing into advisory work on strategy, governance and value creation.

Qualifications

Experience in strategy or boutique consulting with client-facing delivery.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage client relationships and executives.
Willingness to travel frequently (US & Canada).
Experience in negotiation or commercial excellence is a plus.

Responsibilities

Become a practitioner expert in negotiation and methodologies.
Deliver client engagements: facilitation of simulations, capability-building programmes and executive sessions.
Grow into advisory work: negotiation strategy, deal preparation, governance and value creation.
Build client relationships through reputation, results and referrals.
Grow into leadership in a smaller firm with a non-traditional consulting hierarchy.
