In addition to consulting development, you will apply rigorous legal skills to our agreements and internal processes, shaping client impact and the integrity of our business in a high-value, strategic environment.

Qualifications

• BA and JD required.
• Professional with 3-8 years of experience.
• 3+ years of legal or contracts experience.
• Client-facing experience to senior executives is a plus.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ambition with a high-performance track record.
• Commitment to personal development and learning.

Responsibilities

• Consulting & Client Engagement: Engage leaders in conversations that shift thinking and open new possibilities.
• Consulting & Client Engagement: Partner with consulting teams to elevate performance across organizations.
• Consulting & Client Engagement: Bring clarity, structure, and insight to complex challenges and deliverables.
• Consulting & Client Engagement: Build consulting capability through ongoing training and development.
• Contracts & Legal Support: Provide sound, practical guidance on contract terms, obligations, and risk.
• Contracts & Legal Support: Draft, review, and negotiate client, vendor, and partnership agreements.
• Contracts & Legal Support: Strengthen and maintain contract templates, documentation, and compliance.
• Contracts & Legal Support: Collaborate with external counsel on specialized matters as needed.
