Job summary

Cathay Bank seeks a seasoned nCino DAO Enterprise Product Manager and Designer to drive adoption and a roadmap for the DAO workflow in Deposit Account Opening. You will align product plans with bank priorities and lead cross‑functional teams across technology, operations, and retail banking.

You will shape the product vision from market insights, manage the development lifecycle, and design dashboards for business insight, with a strong nCino/Salesforce background and banking domain knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology field or equivalent work experience required.
• 3–5+ years of proven experience in enterprise product management and design, preferably in the financial services industry, and firm understanding of deposit origination.
• Experience with workflow and process management; experience with nCino or Salesforce; Retail and Branch Operations banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Program manager of nCino DAO; coordinate upgrades and integrations.
• Create product vision from market insights and internal priorities.
• Manage the product development lifecycle aligning with goals and user needs.
• Apply best practices to administer nCino using Salesforce configuration tools.
• Develop an nCino release and middleware update strategy across integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Gather user requirements from Retail Banking branches and translate to features.
