Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a strategic and execution-focused expert to lead the development and delivery of new capabilities on the nCino Bank Operating System, supporting Commercial Banking (CB) and Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) loan origination processes.

This role is central to our transformation efforts to digitize and streamline end-to-end workflows, improve operational efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance across lending operations.

Qualifications

• Experience building and launching products from concept to market.
