You will influence engineering, design, sales, and customer success while guiding multiple initiatives from discovery to go-to-market. The ideal candidate has deep commercial banking experience and a track record leading complex product efforts, with strong communication to executives and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience presenting to executives.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in sales cycles and customer interviews.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver products in an Agile environment.
• Travel requirements <10%.

Responsibilities

• Ideate—Own the roadmap and identify top-priority problems. Guide strategic direction.
• Validate the roadmap with customers using research outcomes from team members.
• Plan—articulate product vision and VOC in cross‑functional sessions with Design and Eng.
• Build—participate in milestones; lead sprint reviews and weekly demos.
• Launch—drive customer-facing Early Adopter conversations and strategic launches.
• Grow—help junior teammates interpret success metrics and drive adoption.
• Lead conversations with customers across segments about value and roadmap.
• Leverage AI/ML to enhance decision-making, forecast trends, and surface opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering to explore AI/ML features across the lifecycle.
