Job summary

nCino is seeking a Principal Product Manager to shape the Commercial Banking product line, guiding multiple initiatives from discovery to go-to-market. You will translate broad vision into a clear, actionable roadmap and influence engineering, design, sales, and customer success.

Strong banking domain knowledge and executive-level communication are essential for success. You will lead strategic launches, mentor teams, and apply AI/ML insights to validate assumptions, track adoption, and uncover

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field with 8+ years of experience/proficiency.
Experience presenting to executives and multiple company layers.
Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies.
Experience participating in the sales cycle and conducting customer interviews.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Proven ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment.
Ability to transform feedback into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

Ideate: Own the roadmap and identify top-priority problems to solve.
Validate the roadmap with customers and leverage junior team outputs.
Plan: Represent product vision in planning sessions with Design and Eng.
Build: Be involved in key milestones and lead sprint reviews/demos.
Launch: Lead Early Adopter conversations and develop cross-functional launch plans.
Grow: Help junior team interpret success metrics and drive awareness.
AI/ML: Leverage AI capabilities to enhance decision-making and uncover opportunities.
