Job summary

Overland Contracting Inc. is seeking a Craft Instructor 3 to deliver advanced construction craft training across classroom, distance learning, and field settings. You will mentor instructors, contribute to curriculum development, and support apprenticeship operations.

You will evaluate student performance, ensure accreditation compliance, and maintain training records while delivering high‑quality instruction to diverse learners in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of successful experience teaching in a vocational/technical construction craft program.
• Ability to obtain and maintain NCCER construction craft Instructor Certification.
• Experience using LMS for tracking, reporting, and delivering training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and virtual training platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced classroom, distance learning, and field-based construction craft training.
• Coordinate training sessions for apprentices, journeymen, and site supervision personnel.
• Design, review, and enhance construction craft curriculum and training materials.
• Support management of apprenticeship program operations and compliance.
