Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering; advanced degrees may substitute.
• Master's degree or higher with 5+ years of related experience considered.
• Experience with graphic programming, part modeling and program simulation software, including UGNX and Vericut.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new programming software, code and analytical tools.
• Strong technical, communication, interpersonal, time management, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Rotating Hardware, Airfoils and continuous improvement projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support programming projects using various machine tools, controls and programming software.
• Own programs through implementation into production and provide shop support through development and production cycle.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure programs meet production requirements.
