RTX is seeking an experienced NC programmer to support programming projects using various machine tools and software. The role requires ownership of programs through production, with strong planning and process development capabilities.

The candidate should have a BS in engineering or related field, and 5+ years in manufacturing engineering; a Master's degree with 3+ years can also be considered. This onsite role offers comprehensive benefits and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Master's degree or higher with 3+ years of related experience can be considered.
• Experience with graphic programming, part modeling and program simulation software including UGNX and Vericut; ability to use process monitoring software.

Responsibilities

• The NC programming position requires ability to support programming projects utilizing various machine tools, controls and programming software.
• Candidate must have demonstrated experience with planning, creating, developing and implementing the programs and associated processes.
• Candidate will own programs through implementation into production and provide shop support through development and production cycle.
