Job summary

The role requires 10 years as a Program Manager in Navy HM&E or combat systems and 15 years in Navy Modernization processes, with MS Project proficiency, a Bachelor’s, and U.S. citizenship with a secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 10 years of program management experience in U.S. Navy HM&E or combat systems.
• 15 years in Navy Modernization Program processes, scheduling, planning, estimating, and WBS management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale R&D, test & evaluation, new construction, and mid-life modernization programs.
• Oversee all aspects of program management: engineering, financial management, risk management, scheduling and planning.
• Provide technical oversight to ensure milestones are met and performance standards.
• Monitor and report task progress, addressing issues or risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful execution.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Maintain stakeholder communications with regular status updates.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
