Job summary

ORBIS Inc. seeks a Program Manager to support Major/Deputy PAPMs in executing planned and emergent tasks within a complex naval program. You will coordinate with Navy and government offices, track deliverables, and develop briefing materials and program documentation.

You will manage data across SharePoint, DCO, DAVE, and RDAIS, while producing metrics, graphics and senior-level materials for RFIs, baselines and contract horizons. U.S. citizenship and a secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• High school or GED with extensive program experience (20 years) in surface radars, EW, EO/IR, decoys and/or lasers.
• Bachelor's degree plus 15 years of relevant program management or admin experience.
• Master's degree plus 10 years of relevant program management or admin experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Major Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager and PAPMs in execution of planned and emergent tasks.
• Coordinate with Navy, DoD, and contractors; ensure timely, cost-efficient deliverables.
• Consolidate data from multiple efforts into integrated program information.
• Prepare technical briefings, presentations, and POM/policy documents.
• Maintain access to and manage data in SharePoint, DCO, DAVE, RDAIS and related systems.
• Develop briefing packages for RFIs, Congressional briefings and reviews.
