Job summary

The role requires extensive Navy program experience, 10+ years in PM, and a U.S. citizenship with an active secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program/project management.
• Experience/Knowledge of Navy R&D S&T.
• 10+ years with Navy acquisition and/or In-Service Programs.
• 3+ years of experience with USN Submarine Programs.
• Bachelor's level degree in a business or technical field.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Secret security clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall planning and direction of major programs, systems development efforts, and research initiatives.
• Define and direct the technical approach of the program and its milestones.
• Negotiate resources and budgets with activity and agency personnel.
• Establish and control schedules, milestones, and costs.
• Coordinate with Navy program offices and supporting organizations.
