Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement a budget based on estimates.
• Conduct risk assessments and report risks with mitigation recommendations.
• Address performance related questions and concerns throughout the project.
• Develop assessments of contractor team performance (quality, cost, schedule, compliance).
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, and contract regulations.
