Job summary

Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) is seeking a proactive Senior Business Development Manager to drive Navy cybersecurity growth. This role identifies, develops, and qualifies opportunities, builds and maintains customer relationships, and advances a portfolio of 20-40 opportunities through the qualification stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of federal government contracting experience in business development, capture, account growth, or related growth role.
• 4+ years of directly relevant cybersecurity/DoD services experience preferred.
• Proven ability to generate customer meetings and manage a multi-opportunity pipeline.
• Current Navy relationships and knowledge of Navy missions, organizations, and contracting environments are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Own the front end of Navy cybersecurity growth by researching, identifying, developing, and qualifying opportunities.
• Build customer access: call plans, outreach, meetings, funding paths, and shaping requirements.
• Maintain 20-40 opportunities with complete Salesforce records and required briefings for growth-step reviews.
• Develop relationships with Navy mission organizations, primes, and partners; identify teaming strategies and differentiated positions.
• Support capture as opportunities transition to capture, including win themes, competitive research, and color-team reviews.
• Assist in proposal development by preserving intelligence and participating in reviews to strengthen differentiation.
