Qualifications

• Active/Current DoD Secret Clearance and ability to maintain it during employment.
• US Citizenship.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 4 years experience with shipboard electrical maintenance or similar/related experience.
• Nuclear qualified in an electrical field E/RC Division.
• Experience with Navy Preventative Maintenance System, or commercial equivalent, in performing maintenance and writing procedures.
• Proven ability to learn new electrical, mechanical, and quality systems.
• Performed work and developed work packages under a quality management system.
• Proficient in using Windows PC and the MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical documentation and data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies or systems quickly.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Create planned maintenance technical documentation (Maintenance Requirement Cards, Technical Feedback Reports, Maintenance Standards, Drawings).
• Perform reliability centered maintenance analysis
• Conduct technical research in support of customer requirements
