Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years post-graduate engineering experience.
• Experience in robotics/automation, mechatronics, programming, simulation, controls, PLC/HMI or related areas.
• Project management or lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify robotic opportunities across Quonset Point, Groton, and off-site facilities.
• Develop business cases, secure funding, and plan project implementation.
• Lead project teams, mentor robotics personnel, and manage vendor relationships.
• Develop hardware, write software, and create technical documentation for robotic systems.
• Provide on-site development, testing, and integration support with Navy customers.
