Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in systems hardware, integration, or test.
• Experience with radar/RF systems and military systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital engineering tools (DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo).
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, C/C++ or similar languages.

Responsibilities

• Support Missions: travel as needed to support mission execution at various locations.
• Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation.
• Troubleshoot and analyze hardware, software, and system issues via data analysis.
• Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems and evaluate functionality.
• Collaborate across functions to drive performance improvements and resolve issues.
• Document integration plans and communicate results to leadership.
