Job summary

RTX in Portsmouth, RI seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to support Naval radar engineering within the SE&TC Surface Radars & Sensors Center. You will develop requirements, integrate hardware and software, and verify system performance in lab and field environments.

The role requires MBSE experience with DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo, and MATLAB/Python, plus the ability to present technical findings to leadership. A DoD Secret clearance is required; U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

Qualifications

Requires a STEM degree with 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field.
Experience with MBSE, DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo or similar digital engineering tools.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

Develop system requirements and manage system design across hardware and software interfaces.
Perform radar data analysis, integration, testing, and verification of system functions.
Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated solutions and present findings to leadership.
