Job summary

Sev1Tech LLC is seeking a Senior Help Desk Specialist to support the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Ordnance Information System (OIS). The role involves providing Tier II support to users and requires DOD Secret clearance.

This position is based in Yorktown, VA, with up to 30% travel for installations. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience in IT support, a positive customer service attitude, and related military experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a related role in information systems.
• Certification in IAT II: Security+ required.
• DOD Secret level clearance needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II support and assist with Tier III support.
• Resolve issues with OIS hardware and software.
• Coordinate OIS reconciliations and resolve Out of Balances.
