Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET), Incorporated seeks a Senior Budget Analyst to lead financial management for the F/A-18 program at NAS Patuxent River. You will oversee budgeting, PPBE alignment, and DoD regulation compliance to sustain naval aviation assets.

Requires a DoD Secret clearance and an MA/MS degree with 10+ years in defense financial management or related accounting analysis. US citizenship preferred; veteran-owned firm.

Qualifications

• Must possess a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• MA or MS degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years in defense financial management, budget formulation, or accounting analysis.
• Strong analytical, data-modeling, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, quality control, and validation of program budget estimates per federal regulations.
• Interpret and reconcile budgeting and accounting reports to identify trends and variances.
• Architect long-range financial projections, spend plans, and budget justifications for NAVAIR schedules.
• Synthesize financial metrics for executive status briefs and formal correspondence.
• Oversee PPBE cycle alignment and compliance with the FMR.
