Job summary

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a senior National Security Program SME to provide executive-level policy, technical, and operational advisory services to the FBI NSB. You will advise across FISA, NSL, and NDRR projects, bridging legal, technical, and operational domains while aligning modernization efforts with federal mandates.

You will lead mission-critical analyses, craft briefings for DoJ/FBI leadership, and guide enterprise system deployments using Sentinel, NDRR, and related platforms.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in U.S. National Security, Intelligence, Defense, or Federal Law Enforcement communities.
• 10+ years of experience utilizing and evaluating U.S. National Security systems.
• 10+ years of experience delivering oral briefings and written presentations at executive levels.
• 8+ years of experience with U.S. IC mission sets, FISA, and classified case management.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex technical and operational projects.
• 8+ years of experience analyzing enterprise data and IT systems.
• 8+ years translating complex concepts between engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
• 8+ years using MS Office Suite and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior SME supporting national security system development, including FISA, NSL, and NDRR project management.
• Develop and execute customer experience strategies and stakeholder feedback reporting.
• Create executive-ready documentation for FBI FISA workflows and Sentinel requirements.
• Establish best practices for NSB IT architectures and data integration initiatives.
• Direct project milestones and software delivery schedules across divisions.
