Job summary

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a Senior National Security Program Subject Matter Expert to advise FBI NSB on policy, technical, and operational matters. You will bridge legal, technical, and operational domains, optimizing FISA data workflows, NSL frameworks, and enterprise case management like Sentinel.

You will lead program milestones across divisions, author key documentation, and deliver executive briefs on risks, impacts, and action items for national security campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/data discipline or related field.
• 10+ years directly supporting FBI national security operations or USIC components.
• 8+ years translating complex legal and policy concepts for technical teams.
• Experience briefing SES/SIS and executive leadership on national security programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level policy, technical, and operational advisory services to FBI NSB.
• Develop and deploy NSB information systems architectures and data integration.
• Lead multi-division milestones and resource planning using MS Project.
• Create high-impact documentation: CONOPS, use cases, privacy assessments, SOPs.
• Deliver executive-level briefings on gaps, risks, and lessons learned.
• Operate NSB tech platforms (FISA, NSLs, NDRR) via multiple access channels.
