Job summary
Redhorse Corporation seeks a senior National Security Program Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide executive-level policy, technical, and operational advisory services to the FBI National Security Branch. You will bridge legal, technical, and operational domains and optimize FISA data workflows and enterprise case management systems such as Sentinel.

Qualifications
- 15+ years in U.S. National Security, Intelligence, Defense, or Federal Law Enforcement.
- 10+ years with U.S. National Security systems and briefings to executives.
- 8+ years translating complex legal/tech concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility and FBI suitability process.
Responsibilities
- Advise on national security system development including FISA, NSL, NDRR.
- Lead executive briefing delivery and program status reporting.
- Define user requirements, system design, documentation, training, deployment.
- Direct project milestones using MS Project across divisions.
