Job summary

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a senior National Security Program SME to advise FBI NSB on policy, technical, and operational matters. You will bridge legal, technical, and policy domains to optimize FISA workflows and enterprise systems.

Required are 15+ years in national security, TS clearance eligibility, and a track record of leading complex, high-stakes projects with executive briefings and cross-agency collaboration.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in U.S. National Security, Intelligence, Defense, or Federal Law Enforcement.
• 10+ years with U.S. National Security systems.
• 10+ years delivering oral briefings and executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior SME supporting national security system development (FISA, NSL, NDRR).
• Develop user requirements, system design, and deployment plans.
• Create executive-ready briefing decks and analytical reports.
• Lead cross-division collaborations and project milestones.
• Provide guidance on enterprise data integration and IT architectures.
