Job summary

Redhorse Corporation seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support the FBI National Security Branch (NSB). You will bridge technical developers and non-technical stakeholders to modernize NSL/FISA systems, enable secure data management, and guide IT governance across enterprise applications.

The role requires extensive experience in national security programs, strong requirements elicitation, and a TS clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in U.S. National Security, defense, or law enforcement communities.
• 10+ years’ experience with U.S. National Security IC mission sets, FISA policy, and government case management.
• 10+ years’ experience analyzing data, written/verbal information, and processes to assess risks and formulate recommendations.
• 10+ years’ experience leading or coordinating complex programs and/or multiple projects.
• 10+ years’ experience and demonstrated knowledge of IT life-cycle management, SDLC, and agile/waterfall methodologies.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience using MS Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and SharePoint.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience writing reports, briefing materials, and delivering presentations.
• Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support FBI national security system development, including FISA, NSL, and NDRR system project management.
• Gather FISA user requirements and design the NSL system.
• Manage complex data conversion processes, including ETL, data storage, access controls, indexing, entity extraction/resolution, analysis, and sharing.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, training materials, and deployment plans.
• Assess FBI’s complex technical systems, identifying risks and recommending improvements for cost savings and retirement/replacement.
• Advise on vulnerabilities and corrective measures for NSB equities and FBI enterprise systems.
• Interface with DOJ, FBI, and field offices to collect and track operational requirements.
• Document key points from technical and functional systems documentation; identify problems.
• Collaborate with developers and DevOps to define epics, features, and user stories.
• Draft national security business and functional documentation for FISA, legal processes, Sentinel, and intelligence collection apps.
• Lead NSB IT project planning and implementation to ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist strategic planning for NSB IT programs.
• Prepare reports, briefing materials, and Power BI reports for management.
• Provide updates to FBI executive management on projects and initiatives.
• Analyze and resolve business and management issues with SME input.
• Provide tech support for NSB’s Bridge applications and proprietary software.
• Represent NSB in meetings and document proceedings.
