Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in U.S. National Security, Intelligence, Defense, or Federal Law Enforcement.
• 10+ years of experience with U.S. National Security systems.
• 10+ years of delivering oral briefings and written presentations to executives.
• 8+ years with U.S. Intelligence Community missions including FISA, NSL, and classified case management.
• 8+ years leading and monitoring complex projects.
• 8+ years analyzing enterprise data and IT systems for action.
• 8+ years translating legal, technical, and policy concepts for engineers and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Power BI, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level SME advisory on national security data, policy, and enterprise deployments.
• Develop and execute customer experience strategies including training and stakeholder communications.
• Create high-impact documentation for FBI workflows, Sentinel requirements, and collection systems.
• Guide NSB IT architectures and data integration initiatives.
• Oversee milestones and delivery schedules using MS Project across divisions.
• Conduct analyses of IT data requirements, workflows, and program effectiveness.
• Present briefings to DOJ, FBI leadership, and field offices.
• Identify gaps, risks, and lessons learned for program improvements.
• Deliver guidance for NSB technical bridge applications (FISA, NSLs, NDRRs).
